By accessing Avi Productions and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
Products & Orders
Avi Productions sells pre-made and custom typography and anime-inspired sticker products. Product images are representative; minor color or print variations may occur due to screen settings and production processes. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. Payment must be completed through our authorized checkout provider, Razorpay, before an order is confirmed. Minimum order values and other checkout conditions displayed at purchase apply to all transactions.
Custom Designs
Custom sticker requests submitted via WhatsApp or other channels must include accurate design details. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any artwork or text supplied for customization. Avi Productions reserves the right to refuse orders that infringe intellectual property or contain prohibited content.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within India to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location, courier performance, and order volume. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avi Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
